It's been a little more than a month now, and I am very proud of myself for sticking so closely to the buy-in guidelines that I borrowed from Daniel.
I've been able to focus on my game, and really consider what is happening in the game vs worrying about risking too much of my bankroll, etc.
I'm spending more time reviewing the hands that didn't go my way, and why, and that seems to be having a positive impact on my leaks. I haven't seen a great deal of positive movement in my bankroll, but I can look back and say that I've gotten my money in good more often. More importantly, I can say I've AVOIDED getting it in bad a LOT more often.
I've had pocket Aces and Kings busted by lesser hands more than I'd like lately. But in hindsight, I know I played the hands correctly, so I can't complain. I can also look back on a hand played on Monday and know that, as difficult as it was to do, I correctly folded pocket Aces thanks to thinking about the action and not the cost.
Having a budget plan is a good thing. Don't I have such a flair for stating the obvious?

Getting it in good, will provide much +EV over the long haul. Since surely there cannot be TWO of us, that are always the ones that lose from so far ahead!
Folding pocket Aces is easy!
1) Bet too much pre and get called.
2) Know your opponents range.
3) watch the flop come 7-8-9 rainbow.
4) wait for your opponents OBFV.
5) let'em go.
Simple really.
